Sinus and Allergies! HELP!!!

Cool… I’m really tired of the nasal sprays and pills… Guess I should also move to someplace where there is cleaner air… Thanks for the help…
It might not be the air but rather something like dust mites, animal dander or something else in your home that are causing your allergies. Where do you live now? lw

I’m in Houston, Texas. Worst air in the USA…. We’ve beaten out Los Angeles for the title.

Thanks, I’ll give it a try… And P.S. According to the EPA, Houston’s number #1 when it comes to worst Air Quality.

Michael’s ALR will stop a sinus/allergy attack in it’s tracks for us. Also, vit C w/ bioflavonoids might help. My condolances. I HATE allergy attacks. I think that if you were to not use any dairy products , and try only one type of food per day { all carrots one day for example } for a few weeks . You might be able to get in control of it. Best Tools

Steve, I tried everything. The dr. said he had tried everything he knew of except allergy shots. Vitamin C helped a little. MSM Ultra does the trick for me. If conditions get real bad I add grean tea extract and grape seed extract antioxidants. There are no negative side effects. There are however, positive side effects; stronger nails, softer brighter hair, softer skin, and I don’t get stiff after working out. I have several friends that have the same results with their allergies. lw
