need info

Question:

since I was diagnosed with sleep apnea only a few days ago I am a little confused and in urgent need of more information. Had my first Sleep test allready and I am booked in for a second one. Meanwhile I wonder if my constandly blocked or nearly blocked nose might be part or all of the problem ?? Is it normal to wake up in the morning with cramped jaws ?/ thanks for your help

The site dealing a lot with the headaches this can cause. But provides a lot of information on WHAT is going on. And recommends a dental guard which works for me, when the more common night guard did not. Hope this helps. Allen

I have sinusitis as well as sleep apnea, and on bad days have a lot of trouble using CPAP but have a nasal spray that I have to use all the time to keep the sinusitis under control it’s chemical name is budesonide the brand name I use is Rhinocort but there are a couple of brand names. With regards to  cramped jaws, it a funny thing with sleep apnea I found so many things have improved and some I do not think about until someone on this ng mentions it that why I like this ng, When you mention cramped jaws, I remembered that I use to get that really often but have not had it at all since CPAP with has been 18 months now. I do not know if CPAP has been the cure of this but I would not be surprised. I have had so many thing happened, like the only medication I now use is the rhinocort and the occasional aspro. I was on so much medication before CPAP such as medication for high blood pressure, low sugar, fluid retention, and various pain killers for migraines and within the first 2-3 weeks on CPAP I was off all these to the surprise of my normal GP. Anyway good luck with second study Warren "Bruno Frech" <bru…@ozemail.com.au> wrote in message
