Largest collection of sinusitis articles on the web

Question:

Fellow sinus sufferers, I have assembled what I believe to be the largest collection of sinusitis-related articles on the web.  I found very little information on the web about sinusitis and am making an effort to help others by making this information readily available. Please visit my site as often as you like.  I have offered up 29 articles which cover the topic of sinusitis from many angles and at many levels. http://www.mindspring.com/~jpirez/sinusitis_index.htm Best of health, – jp

Response:

Thanks John ! This is a really useful collection of stuff, both academic and popular. Several of the articles which I have only  abstracted on my website are printed in full there.  Dr. Tichenor (who posts frequently and helpfully to this group) still wins my prize for the most comprehensive sinusitis information on the web, and anyone with this disease should look at his pages too (http://www.sinuses.com).  But these articles are an excellent resource. Dr. Murray Grossan, who is also a frequent poster here, also has an excellent website at:  http://www.ent-consult.com/ Those of you who arejust learning about the importance of self-irrigation of the sinuses for managing sinusitis should definitely check it out! There are  links to Dr. Tichenor’s page and Dr. Grossan’s page (By the way, Dr. Grossan,  I owe you a personal reply and it’s on the way)  on my "sinus disease" page (http://weber.u.washington.edu/~aaf/sinus.html) John, with your permission, I’d like to put a link to your page there too. My website will be moving (with me) to Columbia University later this Summer, so the UW  address is only good for a few more weeks.  I will put the sinusitis info.back up in a new and improved (possibly expanded) format in August and announce the new address here when I do.   Aaron Fox On 9 Jun 1997, John Pirez wrote: – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text -> Fellow sinus sufferers, > I have assembled what I believe to be the largest collection of > sinusitis-related > articles on the web.  I found very little information on the web about > sinusitis and > am making an effort to help others by making this information readily > available. > Please visit my site as often as you like.  I have offered up 29 articles > which > cover the topic of sinusitis from many angles and at many levels. > http://www.mindspring.com/~jpirez/sinusitis_index.htm > Best of health, > – jp
