Found out I am having endoscopic surgery
Question:
I had the FESS surgery a little over a year ago, and it was a tremendous help. I rarely get headaches anymore. I used to not be able to drink alcohol because it instantly blocked me up and gave me a headache, but now it is not a problem most of the time. The other thing is that irrigation works much better after surgery because the salt water can get into and out of the sinuses easily. The surgery itself was not as bad as I thought. I felt fine when I woke up and pretty good for the rest of that day. The next day I felt somewhat headachy and nauseated from the Tylenol 3 (which I shouldn’t really have bothered to take anyway). After that I felt fine, although I had drainage that required me to wear gauze under my nose for a week, so I didn’t go out of the house. I went back to work after getting the rest of the packing removed after a week, and felt fine, although it took several months for my nasal passages to feel totally normal again. How is that possible? I did not use any Word product to send this? I thought that that Virus was MS word associated. It is has been 3 days since my FESS (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery). No pain or other complication. Just feel like a gutter carrying sewage. After years of chronic problems, surgery was the only option…looking forward to normal life again. There is lot of information on the internet on FESS and also there are experienced patients and doctors on this ng willing to share info. Please feel free to ask your questions. Good Luck.
