Can sinus cause bad breathe?

Sinusitis can definitely cause bad breath. The post nasal drip from the sinuses is purulent.  As the mucus goes down the back of your throat, the bacteria in your mouth will act on it further, producing sulfur-bearing chemicals that are smelly. — Steven D.
