How to find a good surgeon ?

Hello All, First post on this newsgroup. I have been going thru 4 surgeries to find out that I need another surgery. I have been seeing 3 doctors now, the latest not being a surgeon but specialized in allergies & sinusitis. The latest surgery was achieved by computer guided image (instatrak) but my surgeon was not very experienced with the procedure. Where can I find information on surgeon that have extensive experience with Instatrak ? I called the ama but was reffered to their website which did not help ….
