I’ve been using a hot lemon drink that contains a lot of paracetemol, and a decongestant spray, but antihistimines work a lot better for me. Kylie —

I was going to get a flu shot THIS week!!! I got sick before I got the chance. Hopefully I can have the shot in a few weeks, when I’m over this flu. Kylie —

Thought nothing of it. I had a headache and a : sore throat by Monday. I had to go out for a chiropractors appointment, but : I wasn’t too bad. All day Tuesday (my time) I’ve been bed ridden, runny : nose, headache, sinus pain and nausea. I’ve cleared the next couple of days : hoping that if I rest I will be ok soon. : I hate it that I can’t take anything for this flu. I can’t take cold and : flu tablets because they have antihistimines in them and they interfere with : most antidepressants. And I’m allergic to codine so I can’t even knock out : the pain that way. : owwwww….ugh. : I’m probably going to my boyfriends for a couple of days. He offered to let : me veg out on his couch and said he’ll bring me cups of tea and soup and : stuff. He’s sweet like that. : I should still be around, but might not be able to post much. : Well, I’m off to lay awake half the night again.
