Online Pharmacy ?

Question:

Maybe Dr. Grossan cut himself a lucrative deal, eh? Actually no.   Exactly the opposite. There were so many complaints about the noise of the water pik, the rubber coming off into the irrigation solution, the poor pressure control – too high or too low , that it was necessary to come out with my own Hydro Pulse unit. Not on the www.hydromedonline.com  web site yet – will be as soon as my web master returns from the flesh pots of europe. The more serious problem was the inablilty to maintain a stream almost one inch high. My real anger at Water Pik is that in all the years they not only never assisted in publicizing my attachment while injoying the sales, but even refused to honor warrantee if used for nasal purpose. So, for all these years, the persons who could have benefited, avoided surgery, etc. had they only known about my irrigator were not aware of the Grossan irrigation system.  They were too busy advertising a shower head to be bothered with something that would be beneficial to one’s health. But now that it is a proven treatment, they bypass me and put out an inferior product with no proper information and again, persons will misuse it, never use it again and keep their sinus condition.  ONce you have experienced the irrigator at the wrong pressure, it is too painful to return to the treatment. This is why, one of the main improvements I insisted upon was the steady stream maintained at about one inch height. Because Hydro Pulse is such a superior medcail product for sinus irrigation, we have had favorable comments from some of the insurance carriers re paying for the Hydro Pulse.  As soon as one actually does pay for the Hydro Pulse, let’s all keep our finger’s crossed. They particlularly like the idea of the FDA and UL for nasal irrigation. in answer to Maybe Dr. Grossan cut himself a lucrative deal, eh? the answer is a resounding NO! Has anyone ordered anything from anagen.net ?  And is it a good company? Just wondering cause sometimes their site loads and sometimes it doesn’t.  One time I was on their site and it said you couldn’t order because things were being updated. Thanks

As some of you may know, we have worked with Dr. Grossan for years to help him promote his product.  I myself spent 20 years at Water Pik and left to work with Dr. Grossan who is truly an altruistic fellow interested simply in helping folks get better. He will not adequately defend himself and his unique device – so I will. The current Water Pik management group is simply a group of investment folks that are simply interested in profiting from Dr. Grossan’s pioneering work and there is no deal between the two companies. The nasal adapter they are promoting is simply a current oral jet tip with a bulb on the end there is no attention to restricting and modifying the pressure and pulse rate of the oral device as is the case with the Original Sinus Irrigator Tip.  In addition they are not using a latex free silicone medical grade bulb for hypoallergenic purposes. The biggest distinction with the current management group is their abandonment of quality control and domestic production.  Colorado production has all but been shut down and the units are produced by a Black & Decker firm in China (Durable Goods) who produces low-end oral irrigators, dust busters and toasters.  All of which have a product life of 6 months to a year.   This is not a good combination when designing a unit for sensitive nasal use.  The units are not fully encapsulated so the saline will corrode quickly the motor assembly and rubber "O" rings as well.  There is no fully variable pressure control only five factory settings of which only three work which makes the pressure and lack of control a concern. The units are excessively noisy and vibrate and the pressure fluctuates and is not stable. The Grossan Original Sinus Irrigator has been carefully designed to adjust the pressure and pulse rate of oral irrigators for the specific purpose of nasal irrigation.  In addition the Grossan unit now fits both the Water Pik models and the Conair Interplak model which is produced  in China as well with minimum performance levels, features, and benefits.  However, the Interplak unit has gained significant distribution at Water Pik’s expense due to their low everyday price of $29.99. The lack of  product quality within the oral irrigation market and the move to an aggressive discount mentality via aggressive manufacturing cost reductions was troubling to us.  As a result I am pleased to report that  we will soon be introducing the first FDA registered UL approved Pulsatile Nasal Irrigator.  The Grossan Hydro Pulse Nasal/Sinus Irrigation System has been carefully designed by Dr. Grossan specifically for the purpose of nasal irrigation.  It will provide great value with the inclusion of 2 sinus tips, 2 throat tips, introductory packets of Breathe-ease, and excerpts from Dr. Grossan’s book, the Sinus Cure. Of course, we will continue to make the Original Sinus Tips available as a low cost alternative.   Unlike the Water Pik oral jet tip with a rubber bulb adapter it is carefully designed to externally adjust and restrict the pulse and pressure of the oral irrigator which has been designed to create a high pressure stream to remove food and debris from between the teeth and under the gums.  The Grossan device has a 25 year record of safety and performance and one you can trust.   I apologize if this sounds like a commercial I generally do not review the newsgroups and apologize if this appears to be commercialization.
