nasal irrigation

Question:

I use the Grossan nasal irrigation attachment and fully recommend it. My ENT had prescribed Alkalol after I had sinus surgery. I wonder if a small portion of Alkalol could be mixed with the salt water.     Ed

Response:

Alkalol is a mucus thining product and can be added to the saline irrigation solution.
