For Tomas Sattiv (in case he did not read this in "Sinus Infection by Pseudomonas"

Question:

That was my first pneumonia ever and also the last, I hope. I was in bed for one month, taking antibiotics, herbal teas (Pulmonaria, and Salvia), vitamin C, with no particular diet. My nose was OK during that time. Still, I was coughing and had terrible pains. After one month doctors told me that I was cured. However, due to my lost immunity (I believe), I was constantly under the attack of some bugs and I got a sore throat. When I moved into another apartment (not very wise decision considering my state of health) I got an allergy that was occurring only during night for 3-4 days. During the day I had no problems, but as soon as I got into bed I felt a constant irritation and I was sneezing all night long producing  a huge amounts of yellow-ochre mucus. I still do not recall what caused that allergy. The allergy tests were done (twice) and I was told to had no allergy on any substance used for that test.  The allergy finally ceased, but the ochre-mucus discharge remained. My minor sinus problems (before) were swelling in cold winter days (about one week a year) , but when I started wearing hats  they disappeared. I forgot to say that I had a surgery of nasal septum deviation 13 years ago. It was not a problem to me, but as a doctor recommended it to my parents I decided to do it. I do not recall any difficulty that I experienced before or afterwards. I visited my dentist for a regular check-up and when he took an x-ray of my teeth he recommended using Listerine daily ( that was six months ago). I had not used it before his advice, since I never had any teeth problems and I believed that the regular brushing can do the job. The only antibiotic that helped me a bit was gentamicin (brought relief for about three weeks) and was also the only antibiotic that I applied topically. At that time I did not have the irrigator so I used it as gentamicin nose drops for ten days. Vitamins and supplements that I take include Centrum, Vitamins C and B complex, Bee pollen, Colostrum, propolis, Echinacea and Dr. Cristopher
