My sinus infections are *always* unilateral–always on the left side of my head. Yep, come to think of it, that odor does smell a bit like rotten Limburger cheese. > I have a unilateral infection > complete with those unpleasant smells. Trying to track down the source.

Don’t worry about it. I don’t only have sinusitis, I also have a kind of chronic bronchitis caused by years and years of sinus infections.  That inflammation in my lungs is made much worse by air pollution.
