Dynabac for Sinusitis?

Has anyone had experience using (or prescribing) the antibiotic called "Dynabac for chronic sinusitis? For how many days was it prescribed? With what results?

I recently took Dynabac for a sinus infection.  However, my experience may not be viewed as typical–I have had chronic sinusitis most of my life, with periodic infections which often lead to ear infections as well.  However, most of the time the infections were cleared up by a course or two of antibiotics.  At the present moment, I have had an infection which has not been completely cleared up since last January. I have had repeated courses of all sorts of antibiotics– Amoxicillin, Dynabac, Biaxin, Clarithromycin, Doxycycline, Zithromax, maybe some others.  As I recall, the Dynabac did some good, but I started getting worse again after about a week, while I was still on the drug.  I fear I have developed a resistant strain of something, as nothing I have taken has been able to completely eliminate the infection this time around. As with all things, your mileage may vary.  Not only is everyone different, but infections are different as well, and what has worked in the past may not work in a given instance.
