chronic sinusitis – anyone cured?

Most people with chronic sinusitis do not get "cured" they must learn to MANAGE their disease. You need to learn about nasal irrigation, stress management, proper diet, adequate rest and other things to name a few. If you have persistent chronic sinusitis, you need comprehensive medical management including sustained (several weeks) antibiotic therapy, nasal steroids, perhaps oral steroids mucous thinning medications, regular nasal irrigations (I recommend the daily use of pulsatile nasal irrigation using a Grossan nasal irrigator tip attached to a Water-pik with dilute salt water solutions or perhaps antibiotic solutions), and allergy evaluation/management. November marks the one year point for me. I have been sinus infection FREE and antibiotic FREE for the last 12 months now!
